Wine Stability

We are hoping to get about 5 meetings scheduled, starting in January. We would also like to send out a short questionnaire after the first meeting that will cover the members, their contact info, equipment they use in their labs, procedures run, etc to provide
a network of... support amongst ourselves. We are also planning on bringing back the Round Robin testing that should provide confidence among the labs that are not participants with Collaborative Testing Services.

We plan to talk about methods for hot stability, cold stability, etc. Nick and I will provide information on Claristar and STARS, two
alternative methods for cold stabilization. I will host this meeting at Korbel unless anyone is really dying to host.
