The CL-10 Instrument has several enzyme kits to be run with the instrument. As this kit is instrument-based, we have quite a few specialized kits that will allow you to simultaneously test for multiple parameters at the same time from the same sample. For example, our Combi Test kit (used with the CL-10 instrument) will allow you to test for pH, total acidity and quantification of medium (0.4-72 g/l) or high (72-270 g/L) levels of glucose+fructose in wine and must.
Our first meeting will be at Simi Winery on Tuesday the 17th at 2:00-4:00pm. It will be held in the Cellar 8 conference room, hopefully Zoran can give us all directions from the visitor parking lot.
