Demo of CL-10 at Robert Mondavi Winery

04/08/2009 - 14:00
04/08/2009 - 16:30

The CL-10 Instrument has several enzyme kits to be run with the instrument. As this kit is instrument-based, we have quite a few specialized kits that will allow you to simultaneously test for multiple parameters at the same time from the same sample.  For example, our Combi Test kit (used with the CL-10 instrument) will allow you to test for pH, total acidity and quantification of medium (0.4-72 g/l) or high (72-270 g/L) levels of glucose+fructose in wine and must.

SCWTG Partnership

Hey Everyone out there in CERA land. This is your wayward webmaster. It's been a little while, but I still exist. I hope I can get some changes enacted to the webpage before too long, but for today I just wanted to bring your attention to the new partners link across the top menu bar. In it you will find links to and short write ups about the other groups that are closely alligned with the goals of CERA or are useful to the membership of CERA.

Cheers
